Al Qortasi Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Premier Composite Technologies (Dubai), and Mr. Mahmood Mohammad Rashed Amiri, CEO of Al Asbar Auto Industries LLC (Dubai).

The executives of Premier Composite Technologies and Al Asbar Group took an active interest in the innovative uSky Transport & Infrastructure Technology, which is to reveal the high potential of string rail transportation.
The distinguished guests were shown uSky rail, the constructive and technological invention of Dr. Anatoli Unitsky and the core of the string rail track structure, and told about its advantageous features: uSky rail combines the characteristics of a flexible strand with those of a rigid beam, while steel wheel turning in contact with a steel rail crucially reduces the amount of rolling friction thus ensuring minimal energy consumption in motion.
The guests attended the holy of holies, too, a control room with the software and hardware system for monitoring and data collection, where they got acquainted with the features of uSky Transport and Infrastructure Technology, like:
enhanced safety of high-speed transportation due to rolling stocks travelling high above the ground resultingly excluding the risk of colliding with other objects moving on the ground;
minimal land uptaken by string rail overpasses, which can be easily adapted to perform any logistic tasks at speeds up to 500–600 km/h;
more favorable construction and operating costs compared to other types of overpass transport (monorail, magnetic levitation train, surface subway, high-speed tram, cable car) and underground metro.
The guests were particularly interested in the uSky freight complex capable of transporting up to 100 million tons of cargo per year at a speed of up to 150 km/h at very low operating costs.
Equipped with comprehensive data on capabilities and safety of the transport system, the guests exercised a test ride in the certified tropical uCar.
The Dubai delegates visited the demonstration pavilion, which presents a high-speed uFlash with an integrated multimedia system and passenger capacity of 6 pax, designed for commuting on string rail overpasses with a travel speed of up to 500 km/h.
It was a special pleasure to present the distinguished guests with books by Dr. Anatoli Unitsky, the autobiography “The Engineer” about the development of the original concept of string transport and the monograph “String transport systems: on Earth and in space” unveiling the theory, prospects and main research results of high-speed ground transport and non-rocket space transport facilities.
Concluding the visit, Mr. Sultan M.
