Transport is critical to Malaysian economy as it serves as a vital link between producers, consumers and markets. However, in recent years, Malaysia has been facing numerous transport problems disrupting its economic growth and development.
One of the main transport problems in Malaysia is traffic congestion. Two of Malaysia's most famous cities, Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru, are infamous for their dense traffic congestion. These congestions not only affect personal travel, but also the movement of goods, resulting in a significant reduction in productivity, especially during peak hours. In addition, traffic jams have also led to increased levels of air pollution, detrimental to health of Malaysians.
Another transport problem is inadequate public transport infrastructure. Most Malaysians use private transport, which further increases traffic congestion.
Public transport has been a major problem for Malaysians in recent years. As the country's population is steadily growing and traffic congestion is on the rise, many people are calling for a more efficient and sustainable public transport systems. Despite government efforts to modernize and expand public transport networks, the problem persists and continues to affect daily lives of people.
As we posted earlier, uSky Transport gained new business contacts and valuable connections through participation in the Mobility Live ME 2023 exhibition, and many visitors were able to get to know and appreciate the outstanding capabilities of uSky Transport & Infrastructure Technology for the first time.
That is why, the day after the exhibition, the Executive Consultant and Financial Controller of a large Malaysian group of companies operating in the field of Malaysian transport systems visited the uSky Transport HQ in Sharjah.
The purpose of this visit was a detailed acquaintance with uSky Transport & Infrastructure Technology, as well as outlining a potential partnership in the future.
During the traditional uSky tour, guests and employees of uSky Transport were able to identify the main advantages of uSky Transport and Infrastructure Solutions applicable to Malaysia:
Firstly, all of uSky lines are suspended, that is, they are above ground level, thus significantly reducing the possibility of accidents and likelihood of wasting a lot of time in traffic jams as well.
Secondly, all of our vehicles are electric, produce zero emissions and do not contribute to air pollution or climate change.
Thus, integration of the innovative uSky Transport & Infrastructure Technology into transport infrastructure of Malaysia will minimize negative consequences of using conventional vehicles, such as death and injury resulting traffic accidents, as well as air pollution, high fuel consumption and traffic congestion, subsequently contributing to improvement of quality of life of the beautiful country’s population.
