The doors of uSky Test & Certification Centre are always open to guests from different parts of the world. This time, uSky Transport team was happy to host a large delegation of mayors of various cities and states in Brazil at its headquarters.
Today, transport in Brazil is very diverse and includes various modes of transport, such as road, rail, marine and air. Brazil is a large country with a varied topography and climate, which affects the transport infrastructure arrangements. Infrastructure in some regions of the country may be less developed, especially in remote areas. Brazil also faces problems related to traffic, congestion and environmental problems such as deforested areas due to construction of new roads and other infrastructure.
Many of the transport issues that Brazil faces today affect its economy, environment and quality of life. Among the main challenges are:
Congestion and traffic jams: Many large cities, such as Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, suffer from serious traffic and congestion problems. Congestion is becoming a daily occurrence, resulting in wasted time, energy and increased stress among city residents.
Public transport: In some cities, quality and availability of public transport leaves much to be desired. This could be a problem for low-income demographics and also lead to increased use of private cars.
Environmental problems: Expansion of transport infrastructure includes deforestation and destruction of natural ecosystems. This often leads to problems with environmental sustainability and may contribute to climate change.
Road safety: Brazil also faces notable road safety problems, including high rates of road accidents and traffic violations. This can lead to injuries and deaths on roads.
Transport in remote areas: In remote areas of the country, access to transport may be limited, thus making mobility and development of these areas difficult.
During the uSky tour, delegates got a detailed description of exceptional capabilities of uSky Transport & Infrastructure Technology, based on the patented technologies of uSky rail and the uSky transport overpass:
uSky complex is easily adaptable for any logistics tasks in urban (speeds up to 150 kph) and intercity (speeds up to 500 km/h) passenger and cargo/passenger transportation, as well as cargo transportation at speeds up to 150 kph;
uSky complex can be highlighted by high efficiency, safety, reliability and durability, as well as by significantly more favorable construction costs and minimal operating costs compared to other types of elevated transport (monorail, maglev, surface metro, light rail, cable car) and subway;
special design of uSky overpasses can significantly reduce their materials consumption and increase durability and reliability both when exposed to extreme natural and climatic conditions (earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, gales, fog, glaze frosts, snow and sand banks, etc.), and anthropogenic (vandalism, terrorism, etc.) factors as well.
In possession of all the necessary resources, uSky Transport is ready to develop business relationships with new Brazilian partners and clients, and offer them construction of high-quality routes to any region of the most influential country in South America.
